Obituary for Michael Alan Downs

Michael Alan Downs
Michael Downs, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 7, doing what he loved - watching a football game at home with his family.

Michael truly loved Ginny, his wife of over 40 years, setting an example of a great marriage. He adored his family and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Peggy, siblings Diane (Dean), Patti (Robert), Stephen (Denise), Penny, in-laws Joan, Debbie, Rick (Lisa), Tracey (David), Ewing/Pearson clan, numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward; brother: Edward Jr.; Jack, Fuzzy, Brian and Jim.

In lieu of flowers please make a contribution to the Orange County Rescue Squad or Mine Run Fire Department. Please consider donating to the ALS Association, in support of his lifelong friend.
