The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cathy Nuckols can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

My Sis

Cathy was not only my big "oldest" but little in "size" sister, she was my "other" mommy in my childhood life. When she got married and had her babies "Angela, Crockett & Andy", I shared in loving and helping with them as well. After I graduated from high school, I moved in and lived with Cathy& David for 5 yrs at their home on Asdee Lane, until I married "Mark" David's brother and we became not only sisters but also sisters in law, which only added to the sharing of another "Nuckols" family. As adults we were very close and shared many things, right up until the very end. Cathy was my partner in crime, primitive decorating - mentor, antique mall shopping - buddy, soul searching - friend, secret sharing - pal, and much, much more. We had her memorial yesterday, I have been so busy helping prepare for it that I did not fully realize, until I returned to work today and as I sit here in my quite office, with my heavy heart and my thoughts of Cathy, how very HARD it will be living without my SISTER and my FRIEND. I LOVE you Cathy and I will always miss you. Your Sis Beannie.
