I met Jason in Orlando Florida for a General Managers conference and this was the first time he met me as his new boss. It was so important to him to get a princess hat to take home for Kaylie! Jason was my partner for the breakout group and we shared some goals with each other and it was most important to him that he would get a new home for his ladies at home and be the best husband and dad he could be! We both cried, having just met, as he shared his vision for him and his family. I moved to Fredericksburg and was closest to his restaurant. I used to color with Kaylie and tell everyone that she was my only friend in Virginia! I am privileged to have known Jason even if just for a short time. He was truly a great man, and had a very calming demeanor. So many of his employees truly looked up to him and counted on his advice and direction. He was very transparent with me, and showed the highest of integrity in some very tough situations. I am certain that his beautiful daughters will know the legacy of their dad, and what an awesome man he really was! Krissy - I pray that God holds you tight right now, and gives you supernatural strength. I pray for peace for all of you as you go through this and that you would know truly how deeply Jason loved all of you! All the Best to you - Mary Rose
